You can change the theme of your profile page by clicking on "Theme" below your name. You can also add text, embedded videos, photos and widgets in the section called: "Your Fighting Tyranny Social Network Box" and in the comment wall section. You can also switch around elements of your profile page (in the left and center columns, except your friends) via drag and drop.

That is just some of the things you can do with Ning, and specifically here on Fighting Tyranny.
